To the Register appointed by act of Parliament for Registering Deeds Articles and Soforth A Memorial of an Indented Deed of Assignment bearing date the Twenty ninth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty and made by and Between James Drumm of Redmond Hill in the County of Dublin House painter of the one part & Hannah Sibthorpe widow and John Sibthorpe both of Cork Hill in the City of Dublin Painters & Glaziers of the other part whereby reciting that by Indenture of Lease bearing date the Sixth day of Novr in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven John Freeman of Tourilan(?Toweriland) in the County of Wicklow farmer for the Considerations therein mentioned and Demised Grant Let and to farm Let unto the said James Drumm in his actual possession then being by nature(?) of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made by the said John Freeman xxxx(sic) for the Term of one whole year by Indenture bearing date the day next before the day of the date thereof in Consideration of five shillings and by force of the Statute for transferring uses into possession and to his Heirs and assigns all that and those that Dwelling house and premises with the yard and back houses thereunto belonging Situate at Redmonds Hill in the City of Dublin known by Number 3 and Meared and Bounded on the west by the Street in South by the house in the possession of Mr Gill on the East by the premises in the possession of Mr Maguire and on the north by Mrs Browne�s premises together with all and singular the Rights Members Priviledges(?) priviledges advantages appendances and appurtenances thereunto belonging To hold said described(?) premises unto the said James Drumm his heirs Exors admors and assigns for and during the natural Lives and Life of the said James Drumm the Lessee and of William Drumm son of the said Jas Drumm then aged about seven years and the survivors of them and also for and during the ---- time and space of twenty one years whichever should last longest to Commence and be computed from the 24 day of December then next Ensuing the date of said present Subject to the payment of the Yearly Rent of Thirty two pounds Stg on the days and at the Times therein appointed over and above Taxes (quit Rent and Crown Rent only Excepted) and after Reciting several other Clauses and Covenants sd Indenture of Lease Contained a Covenant that said James Drumm his heirs Executors admors and Assigns should at all times during the Continuance of said demise be at Liberty to demise sublet & all or any part of the premises thereby demised without the Consent of the said John Freeman his heirs or Assigns as by said Indenture of Lease duly registered fully appeared and reciting that the sd James Drumm had proposed to sell and dispose of his Estate and Interest of and in said recited & described premises with said Indenture of Lease for the Sum of Eighty four pounds Stg unto them the said Hannah Sibthorpe and John Sibthorpe which they agreed to pay and reciting that for and in Consideration of said sum of Eighty four pounds Stg to the said James Drumm in hand well and truly paid over Immediately before the unsealing and delivery of said premises by them the said Hannah Sibthorpe and John Sibthorpe the receipt and payment whereof was thereby acknowledged He the said James Drumm did Grant Bargain Sell assign transfer and make over unto them the said Hannah Sibthorpe and John Sibthorpe in their actual possession their being by virtue of a Bargain and Sell to them thereof made pursuant to the Statute for transferring uses into possn and to their several and respective Heirs and assigns All that Dwelling house and premises with the backyard thereunto belonging Known by No. 3 Redmonds Hill and meared and bounded on the west by the Street on the South by the house in the possession of Mr Gill on the east by premises then in the pssn of Mr Maguire and in the north by Mrs Browne�s premises. Said house and premises being situate and lying in the Parish of St Peter and County of Dublin To hold unto them the said Hannah Sibthorpe and John Sibthorpe her his and their several and respective heirs and assigns the said thereby sold and Conveyed House and premises together with all and Singular the Rights Members & Appurts thereunto belonging or appertaining for and during the natural lives of the said James Drumm by the said Indenture of Lease called the Lessee and of William Drumm son of the said Jas Drumm by said recited Indenture of Lease stated to be of the age of seven years and also for and during the Rest Residue and Remainder of said term of 21 years whichever of said Lives or Years should last longest together with said recited Indenture of Lease of 6 day of November one thousd Eight hundred and twenty seven and all his estate right title and Interest thereunto Subject however to the said reserved yearly rent Thirty two pounds Stg over and above taxes as therein mentd. (quit rent and Crown rent only Excepted) and Subject also to the performance of all and every the Clauses Covenants and Agreements to be kept done and performed by the Lessee or his Heirs or assigns And said Deed of Asst after reciting the usual Covenants of Warranty and assurance was duly witnessed by Samuel Fitzpatrick of French Street in the City of Dublin Attorney at Law and by James Lawler of York Street in the said City of Dublin Scrivener and this Memorial as to the due perfection thereof is also witnessed by the said Saml Fitzpatrick and by the said James Lawler
