He married (2) ANN C. LINDSEY December 25, 1847 in Jefferson Co., TN654. Ann LINDSEY^(1)
(2) died 1870-1880 in Louden County, TN.

He served in Company D, 9th Tennessee Calvary during the civil war. He was a Pvt. He was mustered in August 03, 1863, and mustered out September 11, 1865. After the war he was a laborer and a fisherman.
