Marion County Probate
State of Arkansas In the Marion Probate in the State of Arkansas and on the 27th day of January, A D 1852, amongst other things were the following proceedings, to wit, It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court here that Raford CANNON has departed this life. And it also appearing that the estate belonging to said deceased does not aceede (sp) the value of three hundred dollars It is therefore considered by the Court that all the property belonging to said deceased be vested absolutely in Jane CANNON the widow of said deceased. State of Arkansas: Ss County of Marion: I, Thomas F. AUSTIN Clerk of the circuit Court and Officio Clerk of the Court of Probate within and for said county do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true and perfect transcript from the Probate in reguard (sp) to the property being vested absolutely in Jane CANNON widow of Raford CANNON deceased. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand as clerk as aforesaid and affixed the seal of said Court at office in Yellville, this 26th day of March A.D. 1852 Thomas F. AUSTIN clerk ( Seal )
