Be it known that I
James Hutchinson of Wilton County of Hillsborough and state of Newhampshire do make and publish this my last will and testament in a manner following first I give and bequeath to my son J. Harrison Hutchinson all my real estate to have and to hold during his natural life without impeachment of waste in consideration that the Said J Harrison Hutchinson pay all claims against my estate and erect a grave stone at my grave like that at the grave of my wife and pay to his daughter S. Eva Hutchinson one hundred dollars within three months after my decease and I bequeath to the children of J Harrison Hutchinson the above mentioned estate togeather with the personal property at his decease and I hereby appoint William Emerson my Sole executor of this my last will and testament in case of his decease I appoint Charles A Emerson . . . . . . . . . . . in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of October 1870.

Signed, Sealed and declared by the above named James Hutchinson to be his last will and testament in the presance of us who at his request and in his presance have subscribed our names as witnesses there to
