Be it known that I
James Hutchinson of Wilton County of Hillsborough and state of Newhampshire do make and publish this my last will and testament in a manner following first I give and bequeath to my son J. Harrison Hutchinson all my real estate to have and to hold during his natural life without impeachment of waste in consideration that the Said J Harrison Hutchinson pay all claims against my estate and erect a grave stone at my grave like that at the grave of my wife and pay to his daughter S. Eva Hutchinson one hundred dollars within three months after my decease and I bequeath to the children of J Harrison Hutchinson the above mentioned estate togeather with the personal property at his decease and I hereby appoint William Emerson my Sole executor of this my last will and testament in case of his decease I appoint Charles A Emerson . . . . . . . . . . .
