Historic
Homes of Richfield, Summit County,
Ohio
|
Everett Farnham's Manor House was built
in early 1834, while Richfield was still a part of Medina
County. It is still standing at 4223 Brecksville Road,
Richfield. In September 1989, the Zaruba family
purchased the old house and almost immediately began a
restoration job. Architectural research confirmed the
dormer windows were not original and they found various other
changes had occurred through the years.
