This photograph is taken on a wooden bridge, probably in the Rickenbach Station area around the mid 1910s or so. On the far right is Ellen Rickenbach, daughter of Adam Rickenbach (James' son). In the middle is the same woman shown here, who may be Adam's younger sister Lizzie Rickenbach. The woman on the left is not known for sure. However, based on her approximate age (60s?), and on her resemblance to young Rob Heckman, she may be James' oldest daughter Alice Rickenbach Heckman (Lizzie's sister, Ellen's aunt). Rob Heckman is Alice's son.
