My Great-Grandparents Gottfried and Rosa Jakob are pictured below. Gottfried immigrated to the United States in 1892 and returned to Switzerland in 1903 to retrieve Rosa. They were married in 1904 in Steubenville, Jefferson County, Ohio. Together they had nine children whom they raised in Southwestern Pennsylvania, Allegheny County. Both are now buried in Allegheny Cemetery in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
