William L. Zagrocki, 436 Virginia Ave., Baden, died Friday morning, Jan. 9, 1970, in Sewickley Valley Hospital.

Born in Poland, he retired in 1964 from Aliquippa Works, Jones and Laughlin Steel Corp.

He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Ambridge, and the Jones and Laughlin Veterans Association.

He is survived by his wife, Stella; two sons, Eugene, Ba-den, and Leonard, Pittsburgh; two daughters, Mrs. William (Regina). Gibbons, Economy Borough, and Mrs. William (DeMaris) Cameron, Baden; 18 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, John, Pittsburgh, and Casmir, Clairton and a sister,. Mrs. Harry (Rose) Wagner, Pittsburgh. Friends are being received at the Walter R. Kasper Funeral Home, Ambridge, where a serv-ice will be conducted Monday; at 9:15 a.m. followed by Requiem High Mass at 10 a:m. at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church, Ambridge. Interment will be in Fair Oaks Catholic Cemetery.
