General:

Chesner Robert "Bob" Morris was born 14 May 1915 in Burley, Cassia Co., ID. On 15 Jul 1933 in Bentonville, Benton Co., AR he married Letha Irene Nowlin. He died 30 Oct 1999 in Grants Pass, Josephine Co., OR. Bob played the guitar and sang when he was young and was very good. At one time he had an auto repair shop in Ukiah, but when he moved to Oregon he started building homes. He built his own home too. He had three children, two boys and a girl. After they moved to Oregon they adopted a boy named Brian. His oldest son died when he was 7 from Leukemia. Bob was a Jehovah's Witness for many years. He preached many of their sermons and officiated at his sister Rhoda's funeral.
