I found a Minnie Willoughby age 2 in the 1880 census living in Fairfield, Madison Co., OH. She was born in Ohio and was the daughter of Levine Willoughby age 27 born Ohio and Emma Willoughby age 25 born Ohio. She was one of three children, Susan Willoughby was 5 and born in Ohio and May Willoughby was 1 month and born in Ohio. This may or may not be the same Minnie Willoughby.

I also found a Minnie M. Park in the 1920 census of Youngstown, Mahoning Co., OH ED 192, 4th Ward, Sheet 1B. She was living as a boarder in the home of Stanley James. She was 42 y;ears old, White, Single, Female, born in Ohio, both parents born in Ohio. Her occupation was listed as Stenographer for a steel mill. The same Minnie M.
