On Saturday the 3rd day of Nov. 1821.at Blountsville, ---
Lieut. Colo. Joseph Rutherford presided and Joseph H. Mead was appointed Judge Advocate pro tem and Captains Musgrove, Vaughan, Harbin, Brindley and Hinds were the members and proceeded to the trial of delinquents which were as follows, viz Major William Hays fined $10., Hezekiah Frederick, Thomas Turner, John Peterson William Case, Jas H. R. Doyle all $1.00. The following were fined $2.00: David Bryant, Jos. H. Posey, John Hanby, Jas Blackburn, Moses Wright, Wm Daniel, Jesse Watson, Daniel Johnson, Thomas Prater, Abner Morris, Richard Simmons, Sherwood Rowland, Wm Edwards, Jno Harris, Robt Freeman, John Hall, David Smith, Lewis White, Amon Sparks, Wm Gibson, Wm Stewart, David Cobb, Wm Prater, John Morrison, Thos. Hopper, W. B. Wallace, Abner Garner, Willis Wright, Aron Bray. A. T. Kilpatrick $2.00 and the following persons were excused from paying anything:: viz Elijah Self, David Huntington, Robt Massey, Jno Kelly, Samuel Kelly, William Wilson, Ely Self, John Gurley, William Hicks, Elisha Hicks, David Crownover, John Fair, Thomas Yates, Lewis Fretwell, Blake Rhoden, John Sutton, ROBERT McCLUNG, Wm Lefevre, Lieut.
