I've therefore relinquished, Transfer & assign over my (?) to him the said Bradshaw with full & complete power to Act in the presence the same as myself (?) have done and whereof a deed was given of the power to David Peter Hollhouse which was rescended without my knowledge but as I had sold it to Mrs. Bradshaw I therefore request that deed may be corrected and void. David having requested a deed of the home lot I live in by a compensation. I'd also give and whereof in case of my death before David comes of age that he the Said Bradshaw & his heirs be secured in title.

Hereby Requestion Busham Harey (?) and Jesse Heard as executors of the estate of Jacob Early.

------------------------- Note: This is of interest to McClung researchers as Jacob Early appears to be the father of Polly (Early) Williamson who married Reuben McClung.
