Charles McClung, Private, Pennsylvania Militia, born 13 May 1761, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, died 9 August 1835 in Harrodsburg Springs, Kentucky, buried Knoxville, Tennessee, wife Margaret White, born 8 April 1771, Iredale County, North Carolina, married 28 October 1790 at Knoxville, Tennessee, Died 27 August 1827 at Knoxville, Tennessee, her parents: James White and Mary Lawson. Son of couple was Hugh Lawson McClung, born 26 May 1810 at Knoxville, Tennessee, married 5 November 1829 at Abingdon, Virginia, died 11 April 1891 at Knoxville, Tennessee, wife Rachel Kirby Trigg Morgan.

James McClung, Private, Virginia Militia, born 1720 in Ireland, died 1798 in Virginia., wife Ann Gray, their son was William McClung who married Euphemia Cunningham.

James McClung, Private, Virginia Militia, born 1736 in Virginia, died 1790 in Virginia, his parents were John McClung and Rebecca Stewart. His wife was Nancy Dickerson and their daughter was Jane McClung who married Robert Steele.

James McClung, Pennsylvania Soldier, was born 1774 in Pennsylvania and died 1839 in New York. His wife was Jane Strain and their daughter was Rebecca McClung who married Henry McCartney.

John McClung, Senior, PS Virginia, was born 1706 in Ireland and died in 1788 at Rockbridge County, Virginia. He married Rebecca Stuart in 1726 in Augusta County, Virginia. She died before 1788. Their son James McClung married Nancy Dickerson. Another son was Thomas McClung, born about 1728 in Augusta County, Virginia and died 10 October 1774 at Point Pleasant, Virginia. He married Nancy Black. Their son John McClung was born about 1770 and married Nancy Goff in 1800.

John McClung served as a spy and Lieutenant for Virginia. He was born 1731 in Ireland and died in 1817 at Fairfield, Virginia. He married Elizabeth Alexander in 1754. She was born 28 October 1735 in Ireland and died before 29 November 1802 in Fairfield, Virginia. Their son was John McClung, born 22 May 1762 at Fairfield, Rockbridge County, Virginia and died 1 September 1830 at Fairfield, Virginia. He married Mary Stuart on 13 September 1788. This couple�s son was James McClung, born 1797 and died 1865. He married Sarah Reid Alexander in 1822. She lived from 1800 to 1847.

John McClung, Junior, Lieutenant, Virginia Militia, was born 1733 in Ireland and died September 1830 in Bath County, Virginia. His grave is one mile from Woodland Church Cemetery, near Big Spring, Bath, Virginia. He married Sarah McCutcheon about 1770 in Augusta County, Virginia. She was born in 1750 in Augusta County, Virginia and died after 1840 in Augusta County, Virginia. Their daughter was Hannah McClung who was born 24 June 1780 in Bath County, Virginia. She married Robert Henderson 16 June 1803 in Bath County, Virginia. She died 23 March 1849 in Staunton, Virginia.

Mathew McClung, Private, Pennsylvania, was born 11 October 1757 in Pennsylvania and died 2 June 1844 in Ohio. He married Jane Cummins. Their son was Mathew McClung, Junior who married Elizabeth Cassiday.

Matthew McClung, Private, Pennsylvania, was born about 1730 in Ireland and died 17 May 1802 in Pennsylvania. His father was William McClung (1705-1783) and his mother�s name was Mary. Matthew married Martha Cunningham. Their son Charles married Margaret White.

Samuel McClung, Captain, Virginia Militia was born about 1744 in Virginia and died 1806 in Virginia. He married Rebecca Bourland. Their son Joseph McClung married Elizabeth Ellis.

Thomas McClung, Private, Virginia, was born 1736 in Virginia. He died 10 October 1774 in Virginia. He married Nancy Black. Their son John McClung married Nancy Goff.

Thomas McClung, Private, Pennsylvania Militia, was born 1753 in Ireland and died 1832 in Ohio. He married Nancy Graham. Their son Robert McClung married Nancy Tutewiler.

William McClung, soldier in the Virginia Militia was born in Virginia. He died 1833 in Virginia. His wife was Abigail Carpenter. Their son John McClung married Nancy Boller.

William McClung, CS, Virginia, was born 1705 in Ireland and died 20 September 1783 in Virginia. His wife is unknown. His children are Mary McClung who married Samuel McDowell and Matthew McClung who married Martha Cunningham. Matthew was born about 1730 in Ireland and died 17 May 1802 in Pennsylvania.

William McClung, TMS, was born 1761 in Virginia and died 14 February 1837 in Tennessee. He married Euphemia Cunningham. Their daughter Jane McClung married John Billingsley Hale.

Elizabeth McClun, born 1808 and died 1886. She married John Heald who was born 1804 and died 1872. His parents were William Heald and Sarah Wilson. Elizabeth and John Heal�s son was Wilson Heald, born 1829 and died 1908. Wilson Heald Married Sarah Macy in 1853.

Samuel Bellah, Private North Carolina Militia, was born 1752 in North Carolina and died 1828 in Georgia. His second wife was Jane Morgan. Their son James Bellah married Mary Pharr. Their second son Morgan Bellah married Melvina Price.
