P. 543: Pension Applications:

John McClelland enlisted in Spring of 1777 and served until January, 1781. When discharged he was in Capt. King's Company. Received a wound in his side at Germantown.

Application was made by David Martin who had intermarried with Jane McClung, the widow and relict of William McClung, a Private Militia man in Capt. John Lyttle's Company of Militia, who was killed at Vreelands Fort in County of Northumberland on July 28, 1779 in actual service fell in Battle with a party of Indians, and whereas the said Jane McClung was left in necessitious circumstances and altogether unable to support herself and three children under the age of fourteen.

This referenced article is apparently a historical writeup regarding this couple and their children. I looked at the PA archives site but have not been able to run down anything, yet. Of course they were married in November 1759 so the birth dates of the children as being in 1750s are wrong. However, if the names are correct, it should hopefully be a help.
