Virginia Hitchcock, Jeannie: writes that the above James
is her ancestor. He was married to Jemima Crawford. His son, Josiah, was her ancestor and he
was buried in Texas. She would like to know how James fits into the McClung family tree. We have
found that some of the early McClung married Crawfords in Ireland before coming to America and
some married Crawfords in Augusta Co., VA. and Bath Co., VA.
