p. 50 Isaac Sullens, admr. of David Hildebrand presents the bond of Michael Null, Jr. and John Null - conditioned for the conveyance to said David Hildebrand by said Nulls of their interest in a certain tract of parcel of land lying on the Waters of Big River, a part of the purchase money having been paid by said Hilderbrand for the same. It is therefore ordered by the Court that said administrators pay the balances due on said land and take good and sufficient deeds for the same.

p. 72: 30 Oct 1839: Hannah Hildebrand, admrx of David, Estate Annual settlement - continued to next term.

p. 80: Jordan M. Doolin, vs. estate of David Hildebrand: Upon account the demands of the plaintiff amounting to the sum of $12.73 allowed.

p. 126: Hannah Hildebrand: final settlement 28 Oct 1840. Balance remunerated $95.72 disbursed 65.80 leaving 29.92 balance

p. 139: 1841: Phebe Ellis & Elisha Ellis vs estate of David Hildebrand. Upon note allowed $500 principal and .97 interest.

p. 147 Isaac Sullens annual settlement. At last settlement he was indebted to said Estate in the sum of $2,120.70 and he has disbursed $146.57 which is allowed.

p. 199: Estate of David Hildebrand: Isaac Sullens, admr. Annual Settlement: Now at this day comes the said admr and produces his accounts and vouchers for annual settlement. He was indebted to said estate the sum of eight hundred and twelve dollars and seventy-two cents and that he has disbursed the sum of forty-six dollars and eighty-four cents which is approved by the court.

p. 199 Estate of Abram Hildebrand vs Est. of David Hildebrand. Upon notes filed notice waived in Open Court: It appearing to the satisfaction of this court that David Hildebrand, admr of John H. had rented the farm on which the said John last resided for two years for the sum of sixty-two dollars and that the widow of John Hildebrand now Mrs. Emmons, was entitled to the rent of said farm it is therefore ordered by the court that Isaac Sullens, admr, of said David Hildebrand estate pay the above sum to said Mrs. Emmons and file her receipt therefore.

Julius Emmons is appt guardian of Maleta A. Hildebrand, a minor aged six years and John S. Hilderbrand, a minor aged five years heirs of John Hilderbrand, decd. to give bond to each heir in the sum of five hundred dollars which bonds being filed are approved by the court.
