son of William John Calvert ( born 15 Aug 1875 & died 1902 result of an accident ) & Elizabeth (nee Whyte) who died 1925; brother of Sarah ( died single aged 64); served with 'C' Company, 13th Battalion Royal Irish Rifles in 1st World War; died at the Somme , France 1July 1916
