Powell of the county of Webster and the state of Kentucky do make this my last
will and testament – I give and devise to my beloved wife Susan A Powell the
farm on which we now reside situated in the county of Webster containing eighty
nine acres during her natural life or widowhood and all the stock household
goods furniture provisions and all other personal property and all moneys which
may be thereon or possess at the time of my decease during her natural life as
of one said at her death the land is to be equally divided among my heirs and a
her death I bequeath to

Doris Clerk of the Webster County Court do certify that the foregoing
instrument of writing purported to be the last will and testament of L. W.
Powell dead was on this Jan 16 – 1893 found it being a regular County Ct –
produced in open court and sworn by the oaths of WH Griffeth,
A.M. Ashby and Wm Garrard subscribing witnesses there to be the last will and
testament of said LW Powell dead in due form of law and was ordered to probate
and recorded as such.
Where
upon the same together with this certificate had been recorded in my office.
