son and heir, was born at Chelmscot, Bucks, between 1 and 10 August 1267, and babtized at Soulbury. He had a writ for livery of his lands 15 November 1288, the King having taken his fealty, and his homage being reserved till the King's next coming to England. He was summoned, 26 January 1296/7, to the Parliament at Salisbury, and in that and the following year for military against the Scots. He married Desiderée, whose parentage is not known. He died before 20 January 1304/5, the date of the writs to the escheators.
