This page will be used to document the details of various 19th
Century families who lived within the Ruabon Parish
and Electoral sub-district
of Wrexham, Denbighshire, Wales, UK.
In some cases the families originated outside the Parish
but by the latter part of the 19th Century
they were all living in places like Rhosllanerchrugog,
Ponciau, Ruabon, and Cefn Mawr. They were large families
many of whom worked as labourers in local
industries such as mining, brickworks, and railways.
