Note*between 1750 and 1800 On the front page of Fulstow Parish Register (7) was written the following: 'Robert Scarby who was buried on the 27th April 1797 saw the tower of Fulstow Church fall when a young man while reaping corn near to market Hed.....nook. The dust caused by the falling of the tower caused him to believe that a fire had burnt out in Churchthorpe. He was 89 years of age when he died. Edward Storr told his son Thomas who is still living that there were three bells in the church at that time - one left - one to Grimsby another to Clee' written between 1750 and 1800, Fulstow, Lincolnshire.2
