Honor Capen, married William Hannum of Dorchester, and later of Windsor, Conn., and Northampton. He died Northampton 1 June 1677, she died Westfield 1680.

Honor Capen was born 1616 in Dorchester, Dorset, England one of nine children of Bernard Capen and Joan Purchase. She came to America with her parents, and brothers Bernard Jr. and John, in 1633 and the family settled in Dorchester, MA.
Honor maried, 1635 William Hannum in Dorchester, MA. She moved with her husband William Hannum to Windsor, CT. about 1639 and then to Northhampton, MA. in 1655. William died there 1 June 1677. Honor died in the year 1680 at Westfield, Hampden, MA.; where her daughter Abigail lived with her husband John Sackett and their family.
