LEGAL.
WILLIAM HENRY BRAUND deceased – Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925. - Notice is hereby given that all Creditors and Persons having any Claims or Demands against the Estate of William Henry BRAUND late of 14 Fullands Avenue Taunton formerly of 62 Torr Lane Hartley Plymouth in the county of Devon retired tailor deceased who died on the 24th day of December 1944 and whose Will was proved in the Principal Registry by William George BRAUND, William Bolitho ROWE, and Cadwallader George BRIAN (the Executors therein named) on the 24th day of April 1945 by the Principal Registry are hereby required to send in the particulars thereof to us the undersigned on or before the 10th day of July 1945 and notice is hereby also given that after that day the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the said Executors shall then have had notice and that they will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice.
