ILFRACOMBE.

A sad accident happened yesterday. Richard SOUCH and Richard BRAUND went out to pilot a smack into the harbour. The boat, however, fouled with the ship's boat towed astern, and capsized. Thomas DAWE rescued them in an exhausted state. SOUCH was brought round, but BRAUND died. He was 40 years of age, and leaves a widow and three children.
