HOLSWORTHY.
Last week Mr. FURSE, of Victoria Square, gave GLEANER a potato which weighted 1lb. 10oz., and of good quality when dressed. But Mr. FURSE is beaten, for Mr. Thomas BRAUND, bootmaker, Milton Damerell, has recently dug a potato, “American Rose,” weighing 1lb 15oz. Mr. BRAUND intends to bring it in to Holsworthy next market day.
