WILLS:

LIEUT. R. E. HANCOCK.

Lieutenant Ralph Escott HANCOCK, Devon Regiment, the Somerset Rugby footballer and cricketer, who was killed in action on October 29th last, aged 25 years, left unsettled estate of the gross value of £6,569 9s. 4d. Probate of his will, dated August 12th last, has been granted to his widow, Mrs. Mary Hamilton HANCOCK, of Milverton, and his father, Mr. Francis Escott HANCOCK, of Ford, Wiveliscombe. The testator left all of his property to his wife absolutely.

THE REV. C. SAINSBURY.

The Rev. Charles SAINSBURY, of 15, Blenheim-terrace, Minehead, whose death took place on January 4 last, and who had local connections, left estate of the gross value of £6,998 2s. 7d. He left £100 to the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel, £100 to the Additional Curates' Society, and £50 to the Church Army for Female Rescue Work.

COMMANDER PRATT-BARLOW.

Commander Bernhard Alexander PRATT-BARLOW, R.N., H.M.S. Hawke, late of Plymouth, who lost his life in the sinking of the H.M.S. Hawke on October 15, left unsettled property of the gross value of £1,278.

MISS AWDRY.

Miss Sarah Sibella AWDRY, of 8, Oxford Row, who died on the 28th February last, daughter of the late Rev. Jeremiah AWDRY, left estate of the gross value of £12,539 14s. 4d., of which £12,471 1s. 2d. is net personalty. Having named no executor of her will, dated 9th September, 1911, administration of her estate has been granted to Miss Frances Jean St. Lo WILKINSON, of 6, George-street, Bathwick, Bath. The testatrix left her estate in equal shares to Frances Jean St. Lo WILKINSON, Warnford WILKINSON, and Sibella Armstrong WILKINSON.

MISS M. T. FIRTH.

Probate has been granted of the will of Miss Mary Thomazia FIRTH, of Widcombe Manor, Bath, who died on February 15 last, leaving estate valued at £6,427 gross, with net personalty £6,341. The testatrix left her estate to her sisters, Sarah Elizabeth FIRTH, Monimia FIRTH, Caroline FIRTH, and Elizabeth Ann MORRIS, in equal shares.

COLONEL M. P. RICKETTS.

Colonel M. P. RICKETTS, of Shelburne, Lansdown, who died on the 10th February last, aged 78 years, left unsettled property of the gross value of £17,819 8s. 1d., of which the net personalty amounts to £15,535 19s. 11d. Probate of his will, dated 21st November, 1913, has been granted to his widow, Mrs. Augusta Sybella RICKETTS, of the same address, and his sister, Mrs. Emily Charlotte BEAUFORD, of the Warrens, Formby, Lancs. The testator left his residence to his wife for life with remander to his sister, Emily Charlotte BEAUFORD; his cash in the house on on current account at his bank, and all his household effects and consumable stores to his wife absolutely; £50 to each of his servants, Alice and Edith PERRAM, if respectively still in his service; £100 each to his sisters, Emily Charlotte BEAUFORD and Georgina KIRKBY, his nieces, Mary Isabella de la FOSSE and Harriet Emily KIRKBY, his god-daughter, Elsie Montague Rye RENNY, and his nephew, Frederick Montague do la FOSSE; £50 to his niece, Georgina Sybil KIRKBY; £20 to each of his godchildren, Annie Dudley WILMOT, Gwendoline Maude HENDERSON, Thomas Montague WAKEFIELD, Arnold Chadwick DOVETON and Guy Bentley CROSTHWAITE; and all other of his property to his wife for life. Subject to her interest he left £5,000 upon trust for his sister, Georgina KIRKBY, for life, with remainder to his nieces, Harriott Emily KIRKBY and Georgina Sybil KIRKBY; £4,000 to his nephew, Frederic Montague de la FOSSE; £2,000 to his sister, Emily Charlotte BEAUFORD; £1,000 upon trust for his niece, Mary Isabella de la FOSSE, for life, with remainder to his nephew, Frederic Montague de la FOSSE; and the ultimate residue of his property to his sister, Emily Charlotte BEAUFORD.

MR. A. J. HUNT.

Mr. Arthur John HUNT, of 178, Stapleton-road, Bristol, retired registrar of births and deaths, who died on the 31st January last, left estate of the gross value of £10,018 13s. 8d. Probate has been granted to his sons, Mr. Arthur Marshall HUNT, engineer, of Rosemary-street, Bristol, and Mr. Frederick Charles HUNT, registrar of births and deaths, of 2, Felix-road, Bristol. The testator left £20 and an annuity of £20 to his sister Lydia(?), all his household linen and a selection of household effects to the value of £100 to his daughter, Elizabeth Ann HUNT; £100 to each of his nieces, Gertrude Alicia HUNT and Annie Maud HUNT; £30 to his niece, Alice Mary DRIVER; and the residue of his property as to two-fifths to his daughter, Elizabeth Ann HUNT, and one-fifth to each of his children, Arthur Marshall HUNT, Frederick Charles HUNT, and Ellen Mary BRACHER.
