Mr. E. F. OATEN, the newly-elected President for 1920 for the Guild of the Leopards, is the eldest son of Mr. S. OATEN, Headmaster of St. .Peter's School, Tunbridge Wells. Mr. OATEN, who is expected to be in England shortly, has just gained a Fellowship of Calcutta University, at which seat of learning he is a Professor of Political Economy and History. We understand that this is the first occasion on which a Fellowship has been secured by an Old Boy of Skinner's School, and the Guild is to be congratulated on its new President's success.
