TO-DAY'S YARMOUTH POLICE

(Before Messrs. T. J. SAUL (chairman), W. BARNARD, J. W. de CAUX, A. HARBORD, W. G. KNIGHTS, and J. A. RIVETT.)

Robert CUBITT appeared to an adjourned summons for the maintenance of his wife. It was stated that defendant had been paying 10s. per week as the magistrates directed; and the case was now further adjourned that he might keep up his payments. He said the amount was more than he could afford, but the Chairman said he must maintain his wife.
