A NATIVE OF TAUNTON
Death of Mr. W. LITTLEJOHNS at Bath
The death has occurred, at his residence, 20, Great Stanhope Street, Bath, of Mr. William LITTLEJOHNS, aged 78.
A native of Taunton, Mr. LITTLEJOHNS had lived in Bath for the greater part of his life, and was engaged as a boot closer. He was a very active man and only retired a few years ago. His wife predeceased him by there <sic> years.
THE FUNERAL.
The funeral took place on Thursday afternoon at Locksbrook Cemetery, Bath.
The mourners were:- Mrs. G. HARRISON (daughter), Mr. F. W. LITTLEJOHNS (son), Mrs. KENT (daughter), Mrs. and Mr. HORSELL (daughter and son-in-law), Mrs. and Mr. GARDNER (daughter and son-in-law), Mr. and Mrs. F. LITTLEJOHNS (son and daughter-in-law), and Mrs. HART (sister).
Floral tributes were received as follows:- Mrs. HARRISON (cross), Mr. F. W. LITTLEJOHNS (wreath), Mr. and Mrs. HORSELL and family (wreath), Mrs. GARDNER (wreath), Mrs. BOWEN (wreath), Mr. and Mrs. F. LITTLEJOHNS (wreath), Mrs. K. ISAACS (harp), Mrs. HART and niece (wreath), Missa and Dinky GARDNER (cross), Mr. G. HARRISON (wreath), Mr. J. GARDNER (wreath), Messrs. ISAACS (wreath), Miss I. SHOLBROOK (sheaf), Mr. and Mrs. HAINES (wreath), Mrs. SMITH (wreath), Councillor E. TILEY (wreath), A Little Friend (sheaf), Mrs. C. LITTLEJOHNS and son, Sutton Benger; Mrs. KILMINSTER (sheaf).
The funeral arrangements were carried out by Mr. A. E. TANNER, undertaker, 6, Monmouth Street, Bath.
