LANSDOWN SIDESMAN

Funeral of Mr. James A. PERRAM, of Richmond Place

The funeral of Mr. James Anthony PERRAM, of 3, Richmond Place, Lansdown, took place on June 11th, the Rev. ---, JAMES officiating. The first part of the service, which was choral, was held at St. Stephen's Church, where for many years Mr. PERRAM worshipped and was a sidesman. His favourite hymns, “Jerusalem, my happy home,” and “There's peace and rest in Paradise,” were sung. Mr. B. J. MASLEN, F.R.C.O., was at the organ. The interment followed at Lansdown Cemetery.

The mourners were:- Miss PERRAM, Miss Eva PERRAM, and Mrs. READE (daughters), Major READE (son-in-law), Mr. PERRAM (nephew), Miss R. PERRAM (niece), Mr. A. ASHFORD (nephew), Miss M. ASHFORD (niece), and Mrs. GOVER (niece).

Others present at the church included:- Mrs. LUDGER, Miss Dla FLOSE, Mrs. GOVER, Mr. COLLINS, Col. E. F. BRIDGES, Mrs. BISHOP, Mrs. HOUSE, Rev, E. G. CULL, Mrs. James WARREN, Mrs. Graham KENNEDY, Mrs. E. COOTE, Mrs. SAY, Mr. REASON, Mr. SILVER, Mrs. HAWKINS, Mr. TOGHILL, and Mrs. ALLEN-SHUKER.

The funeral arrangements were carried out by Messrs. J. T. Lodge and Son, Bathwick Street, Bath.
