ORDER AGAINST BATH MAN

Neglect to Maintain His Wife

An order for 10s. a week was made against Alfred LEAKEY, of 33, Kingsmead Street, at Bath Police Court on Monday.

He was summoned by his wife, Gladys Irene LEAKEY, for neglecting to maintain her.

Mr. A. C. HILLIER, for the wife, explained that there was an agreement whereby the parties lived separately, the husband paying 10s. a week. During the past five weeks nothing had been paid.

Defendant declared that he did not think he was justified in paying because he had offered to have his wife back and she had refused
