DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

BLAKE AND HATCHER

BEG TO ANNOUNCE that the PARTNERSHIP which has existed between them for 23 years has been DISSOLVED by MUTUAL CONSENT, owing to the retirement of Mr. BLAKE.

The Firm henceforth will be

Who have decided to

OFFER THE WHOLE OF THEIR STOCK
