FORESTER'S FUNERAL. - On Thursday afternoon the mortal remains of Mr. Thomas GOLDSWORTHY, of Wood-street, were interred in St. James's cemetery, Staplegrove-road. The deceased had been suffering from consumption for upwards of two years, and expired on Friday last. He had been a member of Court Bold Robin Hood, 4,009, A.O.F., for 19 years, and was a Past Chief Ranger.

About a dozen of the brethren of the Order were in attendance, including Bro. CHAPMAN (one of the trustees), Bro. PEARCEY (district treasurer), Bro. JARVIS (secretary of the court), Bro. IMBER (treasurer), Bro. EDWARDS (P.C.R.), Bro. BRAGG and Bro. MOCKRIDGE (S.C.R.). The funeral cortége left the house of deceased shortly after 3.30. Six of the brethren preceded the hearse (which was an open one). After the hearse came the mourning coach containing relatives of the deceased, and six brethren brought up the rear. On arriving in the church the service was read by the Rev. G. KINGDON; and at the graveside the Burial Service was also read by the rev. gentleman. Each member of the Order wore his regalia and carried a spray of box, which was dropped on the coffin. The deceased was 41 years of age, and was much respected. Mr. CARROW, of North Town, was the undertaker. The coffin was of polished elm, with black fittings. Several beautiful wreaths were placed on the coffin. The deceased had been a ringer for many years for St. James', and a muffled peal was rung. The whole of the bearers were ringers.
