BAPTIST CHURCH HARVEST. - Harvest services at the Baptist Church on Sunday were conducted by Mr. BOOZEY, of Langport, in the morning, and by Dr. STANFORD, of Bridport, in the evening. Mrs. CHEDZOY was at the organ, and the choir sang Sankey's harvest hymns, “Labour On” and “Ho, reapers in life's harvest.” - On Monday a public meeting was presided over by Mr. J. STARKE, and an inspiring address was given by the Rev. Launcelot LOGAN, of Honiton. A harvest supper followed in the School-room, when a party of over 60 sat down. Afterwards the fruit, flowers, and vegetables were sold by Mr. Hugh MALE. The collections and proceeds of the sale were in aid of church funds and Taunton Hospital, and the profit of the supper for the new electric light funds.
