AMBULANCE GIVEN TO TAUNTON

HONOLULU GESTURE

A trailer ambulance, given by the people of Honolulu, Hawaii, has arrived in Taunton, and is being handed over to the Section Commander of the St. John Ambulance Brigade.

It is a roomy, well-designed ambulance, and is to be towed by a motor-car. It will be stationed at Bishop's Lydeard.

The Mayor has sent a cablegram to Honolulu expressing thanks for this generous gift, which has come through the William Allen White Committee to Defend America. The donors are Carrie H. LEFFERTS and people of Honolulu.
