LATE MISS O. CRIDLAND
The funeral took place on Saturday of Miss Olive CRIDLAND, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. CRIDLAND, of 43, York-road who died on the previous Tuesday at the age of 25. The first part of the service was in St. John's Church, where the remains were received the previous night by the Rev. P. M. TAYLOR. “Rock of Ages” and “Abide with Me” were sung. The mourners present were Mr. Cyril CRIDLAND (brother); Miss F. BERRY (aunt); Miss E. BERRY (aunt); Mr. W. BERRY (uncle); Mr. L. CRIDLAND (uncle); Mrs. WAYGOOD (aunt); Mrs. CANE (cousin); Mr. and Mrs. A. KEAN, Cannington (uncle and aunt); Mrs. BURROWS and Miss THEAKER, and Mr. G. FUNNELL (friends). The Rev. P. T. PRYCE-MICHELL was also present in church. Mr. DIGHT, organist, played appropriate music before and after the service. The interment followed at the Bristol-road Cemetery. Many floral tributes were sent, including a vase from the directors and fellow-workers of the Tone Vale Manufacturing Co. - The funeral arrangements were by Messrs. J. E. Gilbert & Son.
