A WIDOW'S CHILD
A paternity order of 12s 6d a week was made by Taunton magistrates on Wednesday against L./Sgt. James HORN, Taunton, in favour of Mrs. Ida May TEMPLEMAN, a widow, of 15, Beadon-road, Taunton, in respect of a child born on November 9th, 1943.
Mr. R. W. YOUNG represented applicant, and Mr. F. W. WILLMOTT appeared for defendant, who denied paternity. - He was directed to pay an advocate's fee of £3 3s.
