LATE MR. JAMES TOLLER

The death of Mr. James TOLLER occurred on November 22nd at his residence No. 2, Southville Cottage, South-street. Mr. TOLLER was a builder by trade, and was employed by Messrs. T. H. Moggridge & Sons for over 30 years. Ill-health caused him to retire about seven years ago. He was 70 years of age. He leaves six sons and four daughters to mourn their loss. His wife died in 1917.

The funeral took place on Friday week at St. Mary's Cemetery, the Rev. C. J. WHITTAKER, of Holy Trinity officiating.

The principal mourners were:- Messrs. Fred, Charles and Albert TOLLER (sons) Mrs. B. CRIDGE, Mrs. D. BISHOP, Mrs. V. MILES and Mrs. F. FOLLAND (daughters), Mr. A. TOLLER (grandson representing Mr. Harold TOLLER, on active service), Mr. Harry TOLLER (brother), Mrs. S. QUICK (sister), Mrs. B. DARLING (sister-in-law), Mr. B. BISHOP (son-in-law), Mesdames L., H., J., R., and A. TOLLER (daughters-in-law) and Mrs. B. HUNT. Mr. S. MOGGRIDGE represented Messrs T. H. MOGGRIDGE & Sons.

Messrs. Jim, Reg and Harold TOLLER (sons), are serving overseas and were unable to be present.

The funeral arrangements were entrusted to Mr. Leonard E. SMITH, of Haydon-road.
