MARIAGE OF MISS ELSPETH COCHRANE
The marriage took place at the Guards Chapel, Wellington Barracks, on Monday, of Mr. Cyril Peter Anthony POTTER, son of the late Major Cyril POTTER, and of Mrs. POTTER, of Hill Lodge, Norton Green, Isle of Wight, and Miss Elspeth Seton COCHRANE, the younger daughter of Captain H. L. COCHRANE, R.N. (retired), and Mrs. COCKRANE, of Court Place, West Monkton.
