OTHERY

GRANTED HIS DISCHARGE

Subject to outstanding debts being cleared, His Honour Judge E. H. C. WETHERED granted, at Bridgwater County Court, on Thursday, an application by Basil Clifford Flood SALVIDGE, farmer and dealer, Townsend Farm, Othery, for discharge from bankruptcy.

The Official Receiver, Mr. C. T. NEWMAN, of Bristol, reported that SALVIDGE was made bankrupt in 1938, and £65 was still due to creditors, but sufficient money had been paid to meet the debt in full.
