Church Was Filled

Funeral Service at Horton

Late Mrs. J. E. MALE, of Barrington

So many friends mourned the death of 30 years old Mrs. Joan Eileen MALE, 16, Sharlands, Barrington, that many had to stand at the funeral service at Horton Parish Church on Thursday. A native of Wayford, Mrs. MALE moved to Horton at an early age, where her father (Mr. W. SLADE) became licensee of the Five Dials Inn.

She went to Barrington seven years ago, shortly after her marriage to Mr. Roy MALE. The service was conducted by the Rector of Donyatt (the Rev. C. B. BROUGHTON-THOMPSON) and the organist was Miss RENDELL.
