CYCLIST FINED
Arthur ISAACS, labourer, Ford Gate, was fined 10s at Taunton on Monday for cycling without lights.
MOTHER FINED
Said to have been granted a conditional discharge in November for a similar offence respecting the same child, Mrs. Winifred PROWSE, 2, Somerset Bridge, was summoned at Bridgwater County Magistrates' Court on Wednesday for failing to send her child to school regularly. Mrs. PROWSE, whose child had been absent 58 times out of 150, was fined £1 10s and 10s for the original offence.
