Hunting Man Dies

Cheddon Funeral of Mr. F. J. POOLE

Mr. Frederick John POOLE, aged 79, a well-known figure in hunting circles who had been connected with Taunton Vale Harriers all his life, died at his home, 78, Lees Cottage, Priorswood Road, Taunton.

The funeral service, at Cheddon Fitzpaine Church, on Friday, was conducted by the Rev. C. J. PRING. Burial followed in the churchyard.

Mourners were Mrs. POOLE (wife), Colonel and Mrs. F. A. J. PRATT (son-in-law and daughter), Mrs. E. HALLETT (sister), Mr. and Mrs. S. POOLE (grandchildren), Miss S. POOLE (granddaughter), Mr. PARKHOUSE (representing friends of 'Naval and Military.' also representing Mr. A. GRAVES), Mr. ROFFE-SILVESTER, M.H. (representing Taunton Vale Harriers).

Funeral arrangements were by the West Somerset Co-operative Funeral Service, 32, Priorswood Road, Taunton.
