104th Birthday
Burnham Woman Celebrates
Mrs. Kathleen WELLMAN celebrated her 104th birthday at her home, Sandy Grove, Berrow Road, Burnham-on-Sea, on Tuesday. For a number of years she has been looked after by Mrs. THORPE-TRACY at Sandy Grove.
Despite her advanced years, Mrs. WELLMAN takes a great interest in a variety of subjects. She reads quite often and can still write a letter in a good legible hand. She is active and is able to go up and downstairs without assistance.
Mrs. WELLMAN has received many messages of congratulation and among callers on Tuesday was Mr. P. W. GRIFFIN, chairman of Burnham Urban Council, who brought good wishes from all the people of Burnham.
