Taunton woman left £6,329
Miss Norah Tomkins DERHAM, of Highfield, Greenway Road, Taunton, formerly of Valley View Farm, North Curry, who died in December last, left £6,329 gross, £6,147 net value (duty paid £57). She left her property upon trust for her mother for life and then £20 to the Vicar and churchwardens of the Parish Church, North Curry, for general purposes, and the remainder upon trust for her brother Edward for life, and then equally between her nephew and niece, Peter and Irma DERHAM (whom failing equally between North Curry Church and St. Dunstan's).
