I, THOMAS ABRAHAM, of Whitelackington, in the county of Somerset, the Commiffioner appointed in and by an Act of Parliament made and paffed in the fifty-fifth year of the reign of his present Majefty, intituled “An Act for Inclofing Lands in the Parifhes of Ifle Abbotts, Fivehead, Swell, Curry Mallett, Curry Rivell, Beercrocombe, Afhill, Ilton, Whitelackington and Ilfe Brewers, in the county of Somerset,” - DO HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, that I fhall hold a MEETING, on FRIDAY the 26th day of this inftant April, at the ILFORD BRIDGES INN, in the parifh of Stocklinch Magdalen, in the said county, by ten o'clock in the forenoon, to receive the consent of the Owner or Owners, Proprietor or Proprietors of any Lands, Tenements, or Hereditaments, who fhall have agreed, that I fhould, in pursuance of the power vefted in me by the said Act, set out, allot, and award, any Lands, Tenements, or Hereditaments within the said Parifhes of Ifle Abbotts, Curry Mallett, and Ifle Brewers, or any of them, in lieu of, or in exchange for, any other Lands, Tenements, or Hereditaments within the same Parifhes, or within any adjoining Parifh, Hamlet, or Place, such comment to be teftified in writing, under the Common Seal of every Body Politic, Corporate, or Collegiate, and under the hands of the other consenting parties respectively; and if any Lands, Tenements, or Hereditaments, held in right of any Church or Chapel, or other Ecclefiaftical Benefice, fhall have been agreed to be exchanged, such consent to be teftified under the hand of the Patron thereof, and of the Bifhop of the Diocese in which such Lands, Tenements, or Hereditaments so to be exchanged, fhall lie and be fituate. - Dated this 5th day of April, 1816.
