WEST SEDGEMOOR INCLOSURE, IN SOMERSETSHIRE.
The Commissioners, JOHN BRICKDALE, THOMAS ABRAHAM, and THOMAS BEST, do hereby give Notice, that they will proceed to SELL, in FEE, by PUBLIC AUCTION, at the GEORGE INN, in TAUNTON, in the faid county, on Thurfday the 10 the day of July next, between the hours of four and eight in the afternoon, on the conditions which will be then and there produced, the undermentioned LANDS, all Parts of the Moor, or COMMON, called WEST SEDGMOOR.

The foregoing parcels of land (except lots 12 and 21) are adjudged by the faid Commisffioners to be encroachments taken from the faid Moor, within 20 years previoufly to paffing the Act.
Lot 45. A Parcel of Land, lying between Thong Farm and Newport, bounded on the Weft fide by a Clofe of Land lately fold to Robert BAGSHOT, Efq. on the Eaft by an intended Droveway, and containing 5 acres and 24 perches.
Lot 46. One other Parcel of Land, lying on the Eaft fide of lot 45, and intended to be feparated from the fame by the faid intended Droveway, and containing 8 acres.
Lot 47. One other Parcel of Land, lying on the Eaft fide of and adjoining to lot 46, and containing 8 acres.
Lot 48. One other Parcel of Land, lying adjoining to Old Inclofures in the Tything of Oath, and containing three quarters of an acre.
Lot 49. One other Parcel of Land, lying adjoing to Old Inclofures in Oath, and containing one quarter of an acre.
Lot 50. One other Parcel of Land, lying at the Eaft end of the faid Moor, between the Bank called Weft Sedgemoor Wall and the navigable River Parrett, being the South Bite, and containing 3A. 2R. 0P.
Lot 51. One other Parcel of Land, lying between Ridley Corner and the faid River Parrett, adjoining to and on the Weft fide of a public road now making, and oppofite to a parcel of land lately fold to Mr. Jofeph TAYLOR, and containing 8 acres.
Lot 52. And one other Parcel of Land, lying on the South fide of and adjoining to lot 51, and oppofite a parcel of land lately fold to Mr. Robert England MERRICK, and containing 8 acres.
All the above lots are ftatuate meafure, and the lands of the richeft quality.
Mr. Charles HOW, of Thong Farm, will shew lots 45, 46, 47, and Samuel LANGDON, of Stathe Clies, will fhew lots 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, with each of whom a plan of the lots may be feen, and like plans may alfo be feen, and further particulars known on application at the Office of Mr. BEADON, Attorney, in Taunton; or Mr. CHILCOTT, Land Surveyor, at Crowcombe, near Taunton.
BRADON and WOODLAND FARM.
TO BE LET BY TENDER,
For a term of feven years, from Michaelmas, 1817,
ALL that ESTATE, called BRADON and WOODLAND FARM, fituate in the parifhes of South-Bradon and Isle-Abbotts, in the County of Somerfet; comprifing a convenient farm houfe, bar, ftable, and all other neceffary out-houfes and farm buildings, and 37 acres of excellent meadow, 56 acres of pafture, 7 acres of orchard, and 67 acres of arable land, lately in the occupation of Robert Hooper SCOTT, Efq. And Mr. Thomas BAKER.
Poffeffion of part of the Arable land may be had immediately to prepare it for Wheat and Turnip crops.
The landlord will keep the buildings in repair, (the Tenant finding reed at 1l. for fix fcore fheaves of 12lb. each,) and put the gates and bars in repair at the commencement of the term, the tenant to leave the fame in that ftate at the end thereof.
Ifle Abbotts and Bradon are 10 miles from Taunton and 8 from Chard.
For viewing the premifes, apply to Mr. Thomas BAKER, at Woodland, in the parifh of Ifle Abbotts; and further particulars may be known of Mr. LANGWORTHY, Attorney at Law, Ilminfter, to whom tenders in writing (free of poftage) are to be delivered, ftating the utmoft yearly rent that will be given, clear of all rates and taxes (except the land tax,) on or before Friday the 20th day of June next, immediately after which time, the perfon whofe offer is accepted will be duly apprifed thereof.

Cradle, containing 1 acre, part of Lot 2, the faid piece of land in Gafdon Field, being Lot 14, and Little Silver Field, containing 1A, 2R. being part of Lot 7, are held for two young healthy lives, and all the other parts of the premifes are held in fee fimple, except Lots 12 and 13, of which the reverfion in fee will be fold.
The premifes were lately the property of Mr. James TOLEMAN, and are fituate in the parifh of Shepton Beauchamp, in the county of Somerfet, except Lot 15, which is in Compton Durville, within the parifh of South Petherton, in the faid county.
At the fame time will be Sold by Auction, in Lots, the crops of Clover, growing in Clamour Clofe, containing 3 acres, and in Cradle Clofe containing 5A, 1R. and the crops of Grafs growing in Northway, containing 2 acres, is in Wales Clofe, containing 4 acres.
