DESIRABLE FREEHOLD INN.

TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION,

By MESSRS. COX and WHITE,

At the BEAR INN, THIS DAY (WEDNESDAY,) the 18th day of May, at Six o'Clock in the evening, (subject to such conditions as shall be then and there produced.)

ALL that OLD ESTABLISHED and WELL ACCUSTOMED INN, called the “BEAR,” situate in NORTH STREET, in the Town of TAUNTON, in the County of Somerset, the only thoroughfare towards the Bristol and Exeter Railway, most eligibly situated for business, having very extensive Stables and other accommodation; now in the occupation of Mr. JAMES HOLLIER, as Tenant thereof.

For viewing the Premises, apply to the Tenants and further particulars can be obtained on application either to Mr. JOSEPH MANNING, Messrs. COX and WHITE, or Mr. J. D. PENNY, Solicitor, Taunton.
