SOMERSETSHIRE.

BEERCROCOMBE AND ISLE ABBOTS.

TO BE SOLD in fee, by PRIVATE CONTRACT, all that desirable Farm called

STEWLEY FARM,

situated in the parishes of Beercrocombe and Isle Abbots, near Hatch Beauchamp, consisting of a Farm House, Homestead, and about 42 Acres of Orchard, Arable, and Meadow Land, and now in the occupation of Mr. D. CRABB, as tenant.

The Farm lies near the celebrated “Capland Spa,” seven miles from the market town of Taunton, and five from Ilminster, and is bounded chiefly by lands belonging to the late Earl EGREMONT, William SPEKE, Esq., and Mr. CANNICOTT.
