SALE BY MR KINGSBURY.
ROWFORD HOUSE, CHEDDON, NEAR TAUNTON.
MR KINGSBURY has been favoured with instructions from the Executors of Mrs SPEKE, deceased, to SELL by AUCTION, on the above Premises, on THURSDAY and FRIDAY, the 24th and 25th days of APRIL next, all the handsome and substantial
ROSEWOOD & MAHOGANY FURNITURE,
carpets, suites of draperies, &c., &c.; the contents of 10 bed and dressing-rooms, and the glass china, kitchen, cullinary and other property; about 400 ozs. of plate; a rich assemblage of plated articles; a fine collection of Indian china, “Bijouterie,” &c.; a few engravings framed and glazed; 1,000 VOLUMES OF BOOKS; the greenhouse plants; phaeton in good condition; a 3-wheel chair, capital donkey, set of harness, 4 hogsheads of cider, about 30 empty hogshead casks, a few lots of choice poultry, and various other articles.
Catalogues may be obtained one week previous to the Sale, at the Office of the Auctioneer, or of Mr. MAY, Bookseller, Taunton.
On view on the morning of Sale until Eleven o'clock, when, in consequence of the number of lots, the Auction will punctually commence.
